Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) Applications

Each application for integrated permit should contain the information required by the Ordinance on procedures for issuing integrated permits for new constructions and operation of existing industrial plants and equipment. The main regulations that relate to industrial activities in Annex 4 of the Environmental Protection Act.

Except the preparation of an IPPC applications, Sokolovski’s Environment offers also continuous participation in the process of issuing Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control permits.

• Consultation of the designers of the project for compliance with environmental legislation and requirements of the Best Available Techniques (BAT);

• Provide a form to the investor to fill the necessary data for preparation of the IPPC;

• Preparation of Application for a permit issuing with respect to the requirements of the “Methodology for completing an Application for integrated permit”;

• Assistance in preparation of additional studies and surveys necessary for preparation of the IPPC;

• Consultations with Executive Environmental Agency;
